Our Investment in Microgeneration Technologies
Rothwell Plumbing Services are currently investing significant resources into further developing our infrastructure and expertise in the renewable energy sector with particular emphasis on the installation of microgeneration technologies.
We are MCS (microgeneration certification scheme) accredited through the NICEIC to install solar photovoltaic systems, solar hot water systems, air source heat pump systems and ground source heat pump systems.
We have recently been involved in an award winning project for South Tyneside Homes, installing a large number of combined solar hot water and air source heat pump systems in the North East. The project won the governments “Footprint Award” which was presented to South Tyneside Homes by the then minister Ed Milliband.
We continue to invest in staff training for micro-renewable technologies and have recently been awarded access to two major solar photovoltaic frameworks, one in the North West and the other in the North East of England.
We can offer our clients a highly professional and bespoke design and installation service for each of our technologies. This service includes a full initial property survey and consultation, followed by a professional installation, meeting the highest industry and MCS standards. All our installations are fully guaranteed to offer you complete peace of mind following the completion of your new system. We also offer a competitive annual service and maintenance package to accompany each installation.
Rothwell Plumbing Services are fast becoming one of the leading solar and heat pump installers in the North of England. We are members of the renewable energy consumer assurance scheme, whose aim is to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to install small-scale energy generation systems in their homes. This scheme is backed by the Office of Fair Trading as part of its self-regulation initiative, the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
